Stop worrying, I waste so much time doing so. I suppose worrying, in general, is somewhat healthy, but when it's over stupid things is when I get mad at myself. Something simple like, "Don't get bent out of shape, they aren't even thinking about you right now.." goes a long way for me, sometimes I just have to tell myself to knock it off. Maybe it's because I'm such a people pleaser?
