a hooray for martial arts
did it as a kid and then ditched it in a fit. only started back up recently (after seeing you folks’ workout schedules), and it immediately came back: the good, determined, straightforward people and teachers, the exercise, body awareness, self-confidence, etc. so, just a hooray here. and, if you want, you can muse about why martial arts have such a great effect or what you’ve done so far. peace
