Activities to keep away from the TV
I want to pull my girlfriend away from the TV so I can get a little more personable with her. Do you guys have any suggestions on activities?
She seems to get bored easy, and tired easy.. -_- lol but hopefully I can start changing that. Keep in mind we don’t have much money so suggestions like going snowboarding is appreciated (and whoever thought that has great taste) but it wouldn’t be as do-able at this time.
relationships are really fuck hard. i find that doing a physical exercise masked as something not that physical works the best. “lets go here, walk here, do this, do that” dont say lets go for a 10 mile walk. set a close goal, achieve it, and take the most scenic route there is and she will forget all about tv.
@travisad, Start out with easy walks around the neighborhood so she can get in shape. Perhaps do intervals (running, walking, running, walking). Take her on some easy hikes in nature. Go Canoeing. Go Kayaking.
that’s all I got. :)
@travisad, Sex, much better than TV. Fact.
Thanks guys. All great suggestions.
Do you guys have anything silly that can be done? Like sword fighting (okay not actually sword fighting but yeah)
@chekovchameleon, It most certainly is. Though my partner… umm… well she needs some practice..
Getting rid of the tv was the best thing ever happened to me. It’s amazing how many hours TV, I was automatically bored.
Have you tried taking up a completely new hobby together? Maybe horse riding or archery for sport, or perhaps an art class or music.
Actually, old fashion board games like – scattergories, articulate or cranium are much more fun than t.v. Although not as much fun as sex!
I’d like to learn something new, though I’m learning that a lot of things like that cost money. Something of which I have little to none.
@lsarnold, Those sound fun. I think I have a few that I haven’t touched in ages now that you bring it up. lol, there really isn’t much that can keep up with sex in terms of fun. Long story short though, it’s not really fun Dx
