I believe some of you lovely HEthens are from Amsterdam or surrounding area. I will be taking a weekend trip there for the next episode of my travel vlog and staying with a friend in Utrecht. However, she has to work all day Friday and this was when I was planning on seeing most of the city. SO, I was wondering if any of you beautiful people would be in the area/care to join me for some exploring, merriment, etc.

I wanna do really touristy things like smoke pot, etc. But i also really want to see the city from a local perspective, like which parks do people go to, favorite bar, cool unique things (maybe a decent walk away from the city center?) that other tourists don’t really see.

Well I live in the Netherlands, and every place in the Netherlands is close to Amsterdam, pretty much. Don’t know Amsterdam very well though so I can’t help u.

I think a local should pick a coffeeshop somewhere central and we’ll meet at 3. I’m not sure what I’ll choose is gonna be right but I did some research and apparently Barney’s Coffeeshop has one a few High Times Cannabis Cup awards, and bonus points for being within walking distance from Centraal Station.
So. 3pm, Friday at Barney’s?
If any of the locals don’t think its a good fit or they don’t like it / too expensive whatever please speak up!
Other than that I’m SUPER excited and I can’t wait to see you all there! (or wherever we end up)
