Hei yo! I´m leaving for Asia in November, staring off with a couple of weeks surfing in Bali – after this I´m hooking up with my girlfreind who has been traveling around Vietnam for a month at that time.. But after this we don´t really have any plan. I would like to check out thailand, thats all I know – but I´m am open for any and everything.

Have you been traveling around these places or somewhere else in Asia that would be worth checking out?

I really would appreciate some tips, trix and recomendattions!

I am currently in Nepal until December 13th! Beautiful country (very cheap as well) and it is high season right now (weather is perfect). If you will be coming this way, let me know, and I will inform you about hotels, prices and things to do!

If you get the chance, visit Laos, the people are the friendliest and warmest people I’ve ever met! (which I imagine your girlfriend will be in need of after a month in Vietnam, not that they too aren’t lovely but…haha yeah)

Here is a perfect site that is incredibly cool. My new short term life goals are to do travel programs of their site. Truly amazing.
I’ve shown this page around now a few times now, and kinda feel like I should get paid by them for the advertising haha

Anyway, take your time and explore the site. If it get’s you half as excited as myself, It will have done its purpose :D :P

@filipek, Nepal seems really interesting! I would like to visit Kathmandu, where are you staying? Have you been traveling around Nepal or have you been other places aswell?

@redolent, Laos seems nice to! What places have you been and what do you recomend doing here?

@fluxface, Yes I am in Kathmandu! Doing my internship here right now! I have travelled Nepal last summer, but now I am here for business purposes so no travelling. The season is a lot better now though, cause last time I was here during monsoon ! For further questions you can always send me a private message

@fluxface, I loved luang prabang, went during their water festival, was amazing. I spend a few months motorcycling Vietnam and would’ve loved to had done some in Laos. Even if you can’t ride, no worries, i learnt in a day, also bought my own motorcycle for $180. The key to Asia travel is just going with the flow, no need to pre book, go where the awesome is
