Thats not a racoon, its name eludes me but its a fictional chinese childrens cartoon character, they have huge balls and stretch out their ball sacks for use as things like parachutes and trampolines (i seem to recal they can actually turn them into anything, even people), basically a testicular based super power. they use this awesome power to protect their forest from developers. kinda like the animals of farthing wood… but with balls.
