has anyone done any research into Binaural beats? They make some pretty outrageous claims, and the basic science seems to make sense, though definitely not founded on much yet. But even if a 1/10 of what they are saying is true, this is a huge step in the direction of neuroscience.

I’ve been listening to binaurals for almost a year. Put on headphones and meditate. I don’t know what they actually claim to do but it’s quite relaxing and I often feel better after but that might just be because of meditating.
