I was reading the “Inheritance” thread and it made me think, suppose I accept the idea that everyone, rich or poor, has an equal opportunity to get/stay rich as the case may be. I’m getting more convinced in the possibility all the time, but still some questions remain. Generally, to get rich (aka increase your chances of survival) you have to offer some kind of value, or simpler yet, you have to be very good at something, yes? But when you are just starting out, you are poor. Even if you can get 2-3 meals a day you still can’t afford the best food for your body, of which your brain is a part, and you need intelligence to think of a good idea to get skilled at and offer for money. How can you focus on improving your skills when the only food you can get, if you even can get food, is of bad nutritional value?
What are the best foods you can eat to help your body and especially your brain, when you also have to consider price?

Let’s just start with ways you can help your brain and save money. Never smoke marijuana or cigarettes ever again. Never drink alcohol, anything containing caffeine, anything carbonated, and anything sweetened ever again. Drink 19 glasses of water for every glass of anything else. Never eat a processed meat or anything from a fast food restaurant ever again. Stop eating wheat and processed grains.
You might be able to save enough money this way to eat some good foods.
Vegetables are cheap , especially frozen ones. Fruits and vegetables. Whole meats. Avocado. Salmon. The only oil you should ever cook with is coconut oil, use olive oil as a sauce and put it over salads and pastas. Use ginger and garlic when you cook.
You don’t have to be rich to eat well, you just have to be smart. If you take care of your body, your brain will work at its highest levels.
