Yesterday I was very sad due to a relationship situation. Every time that I go to the gym I spend 15 minutes in the Sauna, in those 15 minutes I used to meditated with a frequency inducer that last 15 minutes. Yesterday I concentrate my all my awareness on the pain that I feel inside with out trying to fought it or explained why i felt that. Just, awareness and in couple of minute I started to feel this immense bliss filling all my senses. I believe that if we use the pain as an object to center our self then we will access to the frequency of love and we would be experiencing bliss. What do you think about it?

I am a firm believer, that pain and joy are nothing but the same, if you didn’t feel pain you wouldn’t know what happyness is :)

With any relationship, call me crazy, but I kinda look forward to the break up as much as I look to falling in love. I am stronger for having both.

If you want it to be, suffering could help direct you to your bliss. It could provide you with an opportunity to grow. @kevingutierrez, I would not personally call joy and pain the same thing, but I do agree with you on the duality part.
