Sometimes smoking a bowl and watching a movie is just the kind of relaxation the mind needs :] |

Socializing and drinking are basically the things that i use to turn my mind off. Even being on the internet only softens the mental noise, you know? I can get pretty distracted playing video games with my best friend from back home and I can get totally out of my mind while drinking, but other than that I usually am always thinking about something. Music helps with actually making some mental headway, though. It allows for the solitude to be pretty profitable instead of burdensome. |

My problem is that I can still continue that mental chatter at the same time as doing those other things. Docs call it ADD idk what is is but I find it extremely difficult to shut my mind up I matter what I’m doing. And yes I do practice meditation. |

@keru111, smoking weed never gets to turn off my mind, it just makes me uncomfortable or gets me working out….. heh. |
