Does anyone want to take over an organic dairy farm?

My dad is having a real problem, he can’t find anyone to take over the organic dairy farm. I am going to be a sophomore in college 200 miles away and my sister is going to be a junior in high school. He needs someone that is willing to keep the farm organic and grass based to take over the farm. He has been running on empty for the last 20 years and is about ready to sell to a CAFO, but he doesn’t want them to turn the farm into their unsustainable ways.
