Thanks to this site i’m starting to really enjoy my life. Nowadays i just woke up and I think how awesome this day can be instead of wondering what bad things can happen to me. I’m trying to beat my all fears. I mean mostly fear of doing sth casual for example going for a date , going to party with strangers, just casual fears. So to keep my mind in this state of thinking how awesome can it be instead of making scenarios what can go wrong i usually make a conversation with myself in the morning or before the event. It’s like Life is just a ride , so what if sth goes wrong u will laugh at this anyway some time after. Just go there and enjoy it. It’s just a party u don’t need to push yourself to tell jokes or be sooo cool cause behavior like this is stressfull. I think “Just GO , and let things happen”. After talks like this i’m going on the event and I fell great :D
So I thought if I can tune myslef into state like these with conversation with myself then maybe it is posibble by reading just a qoute. I already tried to make a “fast encouragment quote” and it looks sth like this.

It’s not bad but it’s not enough though. So do you have any ideas what could i possibly add or change in this qoute ?
