He never made me feel lesser or something. Actually I told him twice that he sounds like a dictator. And the most important thing I learned in my life is “Don’t take advice from a bad example.” I think we understand each other perfectly. :)

I don’t suppose there is any chance then, to have Manimal reinstated? Or some kind of a vote on it, or trial run? Far be it from me to speak for everyone but it really didn’t seem like he was a troll, and more people seemed to value his comments than not. Did anyone actually feel lesser because of the stuff he said? If anything I felt lesser before, when I believed that everything was fixed (personality, mental/artistic capacity, body type, financials, etc) but after talking to Manimal, I felt that I wasn’t in fact stuck in vain.

Manimal was banned with diligence and for valid reasons as outlined by Martijn, this thread seems to be a repetition of gossip and justifications for his attitude (which is not why he was banned). For this reason I have ended the discussion, I hope you all understand.

Offending people by calling them names and denigrating them. Then denying it with twisted reasons. Then obviously behaviour ment to provoke me and some others. So I gave him a fair warning. But he continued, and there was no reasonable way to discuss it with him. Which is unfortunate, because while I didn’t like him as a person (one of the few here?) I like what he brought about in people.

Thank you for asking these questions. Please don’t hesitate if you guys feel the need for more elaborations. I’d like to keep the whole ‘moderator process’ as transparant as possible.
