In the winter months there are a lot more of those ‘no, I’m not getting out of bed yet’ mornings. These usually result in a rushed morning, with not enough time for a shower/breakfast/shave, a rush into work and a black cloud over the day.
Can’t seem to find a good way to get out of this habit. Having the heating on half an hour before my alarm goes off makes it a little easier, but not much…
Any suggestions for making it easier to get out of bed in the morning?
Start off your mornings right then. I give my self an hour early to meditate, stretch, shower, make a good breakfast. The rumors are true.. starting off your day right is a fer sure way to kick ass and suck the days dick. (suck todays dick in the best of ways of course ;p)
