Hummus and pita.
I make batches of protein balls with almond butter, vanilla protein, shredded coconut, walnuts, almonds or any nut & dark chocolate and refridgerate them. It’s a perfect munchie when craving something sweet. I’ve always found that watermelon taste great when I’m high. They have these healthier pizza’s at Publix, they’re “greenwise” (organic) and they’re awesome as a healthy cheat.
Oh & most of the time I just spoon a tub of peanut butter & co.
For icecream, I freeze bananas and when I’m craving ice cream I process the frozen bananas, almond milk & dark choc. nibs & viola. Uh mazing.
@ilooklikeawaterbottle, it’s funny you ask! I have been really considering making my own lately, but usually I just buy it at grocery stores or health shops. I think I am probably pretty spoiled living in Portland but I am sure you can find it around!
@ilooklikeawaterbottle, Your local organic grocery store should carry Kombucha. Be careful as to what brand you buy, it can be pretty hit or miss!
As for healthy munchies, kale chips are wonderful. Also, roasted chickpeas with a little bit of grill seasoning (weird, I know) and olive oil is to die for. Throw some basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts and sea salt into a food blender and you’ve got yourself pesto. Spread it on whole grain bread with tomato and mozzarella cheese.
If you’re not in the mood for making anything, mangos, tea (chai or green are my personal favorites), sliced tomato with salt and pepper are a few examples of really quick and delicious healthy munchies. Enjoy and get creative with it!
@oreilly, i know you said no fruits or veggies, but seriously caprese salad is sooo good especially in the summer when all the ingredients can be fresh!! slice some meaty lookin tomato and layer it with mozzarella and basil. drizzle if you please sir . it tastes better if you eat it outside and dance while you’re making it. pretending you’re in italy is optional

@collinsj2009, It’s made by peanut butter & co. They sell it at Publix either in the green wise section or the isle where you’d find the condiments, i think. I order it off soap.com bc, its free 2 day shipping and cheaper than buying it at the 5 bucks a tub that it is at Publix.
I find fresh fruit to be the best, you could dip it in 0% greek yogurt. Alternatively you can cut up some celery, bell peppers, cucumber and carrots to dip in health stuff like hummus or tzatziki :) real fruit candy is yummy, if you want carbs rice cakes with hummus are delish! Frozen yogurt is also awesome! I like edamame beans with some salt sprinkled on them i also enjoy veggie chips or dried fruit!

Organic always, frozen yogurt, granola, toasted pb and honey sandwich, homemade Smoothies :) some of my fav to much out on! Don’t forget to exercise !
