Lately Ive been thinking that hip hop does not love us anymore. All the musicians now are similar to pop stars always on TV smiling singing dancing. What ever happened to the struggles that hip hop represented? I know that it still exists. Im not trying also to go to an extreme and say rappers or mcs cant smile and have a good time, but whats the deal? I miss when things were simpler and real. but well check out some music that my friends and I have made let us know what you think to help us really get in touch with our soul and reality. |

Uhhh what? That was a long-ass time ago, real hiphop went under the radar a long time ago. Jay Z always was, and always will be POP. There’s nothing real about that guy, he just saw his chance to make it big by jumping on that bandwagon. He made lots of money, became a star, that’s what it was all about. That track of yours isn’t that bad. How long you been in this game? |
