I hear the secret is in chi-specific meditations. Chi can do some pretty crazy stuff like healing or give people jedi powers (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26pJkYhHGek) The man in the video is studying something called Mo Pai. (http://www.infobarrel.com/Mo_pai__the_secret_super-human_art_of_72_levels).

Great topic about qi: http://www.highexistence.com/topic/qi-chi/

Everything in our bodies has to do with electricity and the result of electromagnetism when our cells allow things to be accepted and it is through the use of electromagnetism that this done. The way chemicals get locked into our brains is the same idea. Also our muscle tissues is very condictive for a muscle contraction is nothing but electromagnetism. Ancienct Asia figured out a lot i terms of path ways and how energy(qi) moves. When someone talks about increasing the qi in a certain area of the body they are naturually increase the amount of eneregy in the area which increase blood flow and white blood cell count for increase healing and increase function of what ever that area is. Also if you are not practiced in the art of internal energy then chance of your own balance of yin and yang is fucked up so u cant generate any excess so first you will have to balance your self and increase the amount of energy u can handle by upgrading your “circuitry” and then you have to learn to accept or absorb excess energy in the air. Then you have to figure out how to use it. So your looking at 5-10 year practice have fun

Cultivate and transmute Jing.

Then put it to use.

Sounds difficult, but worth it. Imagine if school systems taught children information such as this at a young age. By age 20, we’d have an army of (basically) superheros! :P

All you have to do is observe the inner body. Pay attention to your emotions, feelings, sensations etc and you can eventually start feeling things you were previously unaware of. The problem for most people is that when they try and do this, they are really just conceptualizing it all in their mind without realizing it.
