If you are able to get a partner, what you do is lay on your back and grab your partner’s feet for support. Then try and kick you partner in the mid section with both your feet at the same time. Your partner will then push your legs down as hard as he or she can and you will try not to touch the ground. Do it to the left, middle, and right. Did this the other day and my abs were killing me the next day.

@ clintbeastwood, I tried doing what I thought you were describing with my girlfriend last night and I knocked her off balance and onto her ass, so I think we did it wrong. Could you go into more detail about the orientation of our two bodies?
