I need a killer lower-ab workout.
My ab regimen isn’t cutting it for those lower reaches. Please fill me in if you have a great one! I’m mostly interested in floor/yoga technique.
If you are able to get a partner, what you do is lay on your back and grab your partner’s feet for support. Then try and kick you partner in the mid section with both your feet at the same time. Your partner will then push your legs down as hard as he or she can and you will try not to touch the ground. Do it to the left, middle, and right. Did this the other day and my abs were killing me the next day.

i don’t know if this is your goal, but if you’re goal is to see your lower abs then you have cut body fat. hanging leg raises till failure tend to be my favorite lower ab work out.
like kyle said, the best way to accentuate your lower abs is to uncover them. Go on a run everyday.
