Ideas for a band name

@staylucky, I don’t know if that was legitimate haha. I haven’t heard of any pop punk bands bumming their names from other music, not to say that none have ever done it, I’d have to backtrack through lyrics to find if anything matches a band name, but I don’t think that’s the goal.

@staylucky, MO is one, I never really got into them and can barely even call them pop punk, they say they are but tend to stray more towards the 2006 style alternative music. I haven’t heard of one dollar short though

@theskafish, Well our vocalist is the drummer for a new local hardcore band, the bass player plays bass for the same other band and is also in another more nasty sounding fast hardcore band called Machinist! they’re releasing their new ep friday (btw). We’ve all been friends for a while and the guitar player is some dude that just moved in town who has been in a few bands. We’re in the brainstorming process right now, and as soon as Machinist! is done touring we’ll be able to get together and conduct some tunes.

@zero8923, I use a lot of those in my writing, I’m hoping to get a name thats clear and one track, nothing too witty in saying something such as “compossing decompositions”

@ojai, I definitely listen to WTP and misser, and saw tranist at warped. I haven’t heard of the others though.
