Law of attraction while jogging
You can use it whenever you like. The more the merrier really.
Trying saying goals out loud (not while jogging lol) and putting posters around your room with your goals on them. Sounds simple but it really works. That’s Law of Attraction 101.
doing it during a jog would be great, just think about what you want and say it over and over
Go for it. But make sure you take active steps towards whatever you want as well, else it won’t come.
Thanks for the reply guys. I asked this question because http://www.highexistence.com/law-of-attraction/ it was mentioned that we should be relaxed when we are visualising. During jogging since our body is in motion, so was wondering whether I was doing the right thing. I actually feel pretty good visualising during jogging. So I might as well continue it. Thanks
