Anyone ever take this? I bought some – some random source said it was one of the only foods that was proven to stimulate neurogenesis (the most attractive thing to an aging brain!)

So I bought way too much and then… didn’t do my homework. Any experience?

Haven’t taken it, and not very interested in it so long there’s no more research on it. All I know about is this study: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18758067 which seems promising, but not conclusive.

I have no idea if it works, but if you’re so concerned with neurogenesis you might as well keep eating them for good measure and/or placebo.

I’ve been doing so for some time, and the little things are quite tasty as well…

I think I feel something, but am not sure.

If you wanna know whether mushies in general work well, they are touted as some serious immune-boosting shet. I’ve had experience with paul stamet’s mushy products, fungi perfecti. I liked what I bought though I didn’t give it a real serious day-after-day test. Chaga is supposed to be some serious stuff, try some of that if you like the lion’s mane.

It was a good question man, not like “I don’t know if I should dump my boyfriend/kill my dog/get a job/etc.”
