Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh.
It’s Buddhist practice but it doesn’t need to be if you don’t want it to be. Opens your world to a whole lot more potential through learning how to control your thought processes and emotional stability.
Edit: Just realised this thread is old like yo’ mamma. Anyone else who ventures here should still check out this book :)
