I lucid dream almost every night, here are some techniques I use:
Setting reminders every 4hours in your phone asking yourself “is this real?”
Downloading the Dream On app. http://www.dreamonapp.com/
Sleeping with mate,;for some reason when I moved in with my girl it increase the nights I become lucid.

A dream journal has helped me a lot. Have a sheet of paper or an actual journal right next to your bed and as soon as you wake up from your dream right down everything you remember in there. Do this for about a week and you should already see some better results. Hope this helped!
