Yes you have that unalienable right, but is this a financially sound decision? Not really. College pays off, for sure. The college experience is all in your mind.

Escaping the work, confinement, the routine probably sounds awesome, but will it help you accomplish your goal(s)? What about your priorities 10 years from now?

I dont think collegr is for everyon. At least not nessesary for success. Yes, you have the right to move anywhere you want using YOUR money.

I once heard the following, and please keep it always in your mind:
Being broke is bad, but whats really, really bad is being stupid. So whether you decide to enroll or not to enroll next semester, rememer to study, read, feed your mind, get the information while you are here.

It sounds to me like maybe you need to take some time off college and explore life in a different way, get to know yourself a little better and get a clearer idea of what you want. School will always be there. Don’t just go to college because it’s the norm or because it’s expected. Go because you want to, go to learn about something that interests you, and to be able to grow in the ways that you want to.
