New morning ritual, running and meditation, need help.
Hello fellow HEthens,
In the new year I want to start a new morning ritual: wake up, go for a run, meditate and take a shower.
What do you think is good order? Obviously taking a shower after running but meditate after I woke up? I have no experience in these things so I could use your help.
Any tips or suggestions?

ive read that meditation is best right after you wake up, particularly if you can keep your thoughts quiet from sleeping. just wake up, stretch a little (not like a warm-up stretch for running, just maybe touch your toes and stretch your arms a little), then go straight into meditating. or you could always practice a type of meditation/stretching blend like some easy yoga or tai chi.
