I just signed up for this two days ago and I can already tell it will be extremely useful/interesting. It’s very easy to get the hang of because it’s so simple! All you need to do is post a few things, a lot of things, or just persist through it and you will be much happier with yourself in the long run. I’ve kept journals the past four years and they are extremely helpful with seeing how you’ve progressed as a person and what you want to keep working at.
