Now i’m not exactly an expert on astral projection, lucid dreaming, meditating, but I am fairly interested in the topics and ideas that this site is about… so to put it short:
I use guided astral projection meditation videos sometimes late at night when I can’t sleep.
So the last two times, i have used the videos I had the same reoccurring theme or scenes:
Zombie take over/apocalypse and panic that ensues with that sort of thing in amazing detail that drains the shit out of me when I “wake up”, now in my defense I always thought it is stupid the whole topic of zombies and but it keeps coming up (but makes sense in some ways)…
Does anyone else have the same thing, or similar experiences…
Please let me know your stories, because I have yet to have a sane, enlightening, or calming astral projection experience.
