Im not sure if anyone here has them as bad as me? But all spring and summer im terrible! Cant breathe at all, nose is soo stuffed and everything is always running into the back of my throat! How does everyone here deal with their seasonal allergies!??

local honey, pine needle tea (if pine trees are indigenous to your area, and are not of the ponderosa, yew, or norfolk island pine varieties, as these ones are poisonous) additionally, eating more organic fruits/veg/grains will help tremendously also
