Storms a'comin and it's good
I have an affection for rain. Every time I see the sky darken and swell I get excited because I love rain so much. I enjoy walking in the rain and I have always found the sound of rain to be my sort of natural soul mate.
Rain also has an emotional effect on me. When it rains I feel like the doomsday clock has paused, if that makes sense. I’d call it relief even.
It’s soothing and exciting all at once for me. I can’t wait for the next rain storm to come.
Do you guys have anything for you like rain is to me?

Oh,God,rain lovers? I’m one of you!
I honestly love the rain.Dark clouds, gentle breeze and a coffee is all I need.
Too bad it doesn’t rain here much.Only for a month or two do we have clouds.
I also love the way the raindrops stick on to windows.
Rain, snow, ocean, storms, and stars are all so simple, yet so so pleasing.
Beauiful spring days after a long, cold, and dark winter in northern Vermont have such a strong impact though considering how dramatic a change it is. The entire community is so cheerful.
Yes, and I’m pleased to see someone else with the same feelings.
It gets me perky and I just love the cool, crispness of the air when the rain is falling, I love the water and I love the look of the world when it’s raining. The darkness is a calming dark to me, not one to be feared.
The other day a storm was coming in and i wanted to do nothing but focus on it, the dark clouds were so beautiful, and then the rain was amazing, it felt like it had washed away anything bad in my life and that was left was happiness.
Calm before the storm. I like approaching storms that would turn a clear day into darkness and then you have the wind with moist warm air breezing past you, while the sky is intensifying. The smell of the storm and the lightning is what would really make me feel good. I also enjoy a clear night sky with stars showing from every direction clearly and I really love a bright big moon.\
I like a lot of things nature provides like a forest or the northern lights. Nature can be so mystical at times to incite awe and I really love it.
I’ve always loved the rain, but since this spring, I’ve taken to loving it even more, so whenever it rains, I go frollicking for a while, then go and meditate under it, whether it be just on m back porch or out nude in the woods/meadows/hills….I’ve kind of turned into a mystical fairy creature. I find it very purifying these days
I love the night, and I love lightning. The whole scene lighting up clear as day for a split second in the dead of night… /jizz. Last month we had the strangest storm I’ve ever seen here. It was barely sprinkling at all, but HUGE multi-layered cloudforms swarmed by. It was like a storm within a storm within a storm, and the entire thing was going nuts with lightning! It was striking everywhere, knocked out the power so we just went to sit outside in awe. It was the only time the entire scene was more lit than not, lightning was arcing every second in multiple areas of the sky above us. We packed a quick bowl of DMT, easily one of the most special nights of my life. We started tripping and lay back on the earth, watching the sky. It was a 3-D light show on every level of my awareness; reality felt like a pinball machine. I saw a shooting star and exploded with astonishment of the cosmos, then I rolled over and kissed the lady I was with.
I’m always comforted by the moon. It looks completely different on different nights but it always blows my mind how beautiful it is. It reminds me how I’m small and so my problems don’t matter as much as I think they do
Mmm rain is so beautiful to me. I cannot understand why so many people i meet absolutely detest the rain. There is a certain sense of comfort and mellowness as you hear rain drops pelting on the ground. I listen to rain sounds when stressed or when i have trouble sleeping. I also love going to the beach when theres that rainy-ish type weather with wind and clouds, so comforting with that slight breeze and darkened sky
