It’s important that for practical purposes, everyone in this thread understands that the ‘ratio’ of subconscious brain activity to conscious brain activity is not malleable. There are some functions that can be controlled both consciously and autonomically, but outside of these functions your ‘ratio’ is fixed. Enlightenment is most certainly NOT expanding conscious awareness into previously subconscious-although one could say that one form of enlightenment is being AWARE of the importance of your subconscious, so that you can make informed choices by keeping in mind how your mind is made up.
