I think I’m doing this right. I saw your question and created an account to reply.
Avatar was one of the best experiences of my life. It altered the way I viewed life and allowed me to feel again. The big gun is they teach how to restructure the personality almost instantly.
I recommend the course however if time and money are still a concern, Tarthang Tulku’s (I think that’s how it’s spelled) “Hidden Mind of Freedom” covers a good chunk of it. Self study can work if you already know enough to do it.
