I am still looking for the switch, sometimes a dimmer is welcome. But I think it would be cool if you would elaborate on your methodology, it is alway interesting to see how different peeps are doing their thing ;)

ok…i discovered by keeping my mind clear…this brings inner peace…i am now; practicing maintaining a clear mind…this is two different ways of using a clear mind…this also allows the third eye to open…to me this is my switch…

what have you discovered for yourself ? :D (i too like to learn from others)

I have a little problem with ” a clear mind” does that mean you see everything clear, or that you mind is empty…. That sounds weird, but i mean it in a good way ;)

For me I always have a clear line of thoughts, although I also like to ponder upon theories, or explore new ideas. Thats why we are now communicating with each other. I have learned that all I need to do is be honest to myself.

I remember when I was a child I was able to just retreat within myself and see my path based on emotions and thoughts, it is not the images I remember but it is the feeling of calmness. tranquility if you will.

I am still able to get into this state although it gets harder as “responsibilities” grow.

And inner peace sometimes can materialize, it is a motivator.

you want to empty your mind of all thought…then maintain it…this is the key :D

true being honest with yourself is an excellent way for you to learn…by maintaining a thought pattern or any thoughts at all is how you place limits on yourself…

also true…emotions are tied to your thoughts…when you were younger your emotions and thoughts were more positive…now; that you are older and have had many negative experiences through out your life… your thoughts and emotions have a tendency to be negative…which affects and effects where you now go…much harder to feel camlness…

inner peace is a good motivator :D
