Hallucinations are both internal and external phenomena. Ive heard this before. Who knows. Most people do see and ‘communicate’ with interdimensional beings. Its interesting how often these little people or ‘clockwork elves’ pop up. There is a certain cataract that you can form on your eye that makes it so you see little people everywhere.
