Hey guys. I plan to travel a lot soon with no car. I want to camp out under the stars, meet new people and just experience life to the fullest. Granted since i’m only 18 i don’t have much experience right now. So if you can, post something that you think i’ll find useful or just any help/advice you can give :D thanks a bunch and i look forward to all of your responses :D |

These are some really great advices: Then I also recommend you to read the book “Into the Wild” or at least watch the movie, but the book is preferable. Where are you going? :) |

@nate, This is an awesome program where hosts take in travelers and give them shelter (and often meals) in exchange for doing chores/ odd jobs. It’s a sweet way to get to know a new area inexpensively. Camping is fun and all but if you are on the road for a while it might be nice to stay in a home for a bit here and there, plus this is also a great way to connect with people. |
