Stickk.com is a great website where people put a contract on themselves to do something. You can put money on this contract or not. I am trying to lose weight. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in being a referee for me to complete this goal and, in turn, I can referee them for their goal. No money involved though. I need encouragement from people I don’t know. I don’t want to guilt my friends into doing it.

@rtierney3, I’m up for doing this. My goal would be the same. I’ve already lost 70lbs but have another 30-50 to go, so could hopefully give you some tips on getting started and you could help to encourage me to continue. Send me a message if it sounds like a plan!

@taylor222, you create an account on stickk.com and them create a goal you want to accomplish and decide when you want to accomplish it. When you make your goal, you can have people be referees to encourage you and make sure you are being honest.
