On this page is a lot of information, but most of it is theoretical. So tell me what your exercises are. They can be anything, special meditation techniques, bodybuilding exercises, brain exercises… Bonus points for exotic exercises ;) Also try to describe how big the effect of the exercise is, and your personal experience with it in general. |

I found this exercise to balance the brain hemispheres, because most people do have one “strong” and one “weak” hemisphere. http://www.web-us.com/brain/visual_test_hemispheric_dominance.htm Tell me what you think. |
