On this page is a lot of information, but most of it is theoretical.
But if we want to advance, theoretical information alone doesn’t suffice. We need practice.

So tell me what your exercises are. They can be anything, special meditation techniques, bodybuilding exercises, brain exercises… Bonus points for exotic exercises ;)

Also try to describe how big the effect of the exercise is, and your personal experience with it in general.

lift heavy shit, Squats, bench press. Produce testosterone ( nice chemical)
Cold showers- freakin hot showers.
Run till your lungs burst.
jump off high things into water.
Read of course.
Push the limits..
The effect for me is survival. The only way i feel comfortable with existing.

I found this exercise to balance the brain hemispheres, because most people do have one “strong” and one “weak” hemisphere.

Tell me what you think.
I just found it myself, too, so I can’t tell you about the effects.
